One of the first things that drew me to New Futura in Singapore is the fact that it is a freehold tenure. It is very rare to find something like this anymore anywhere in Singapore, so that immediately drew my interest. I find value in this, and I knew that others would too. That meant that I had to act fast on finding out the more intimate details of New Futura to see if this was something that I wanted to invest in for my future home. Just looking at the pictures made it seem like an easy decision though.
I wanted to find out just how big it is, what the amenities are going to be, the floor plans of the various units, and most importantly, who the developer is. When I found out that it is City Development Ltd, or CDL, I knew that I really had to move fast on this if I wanted in. They are the same people who developed Gramercy Park. I have only been there a handful of times, but it is really a nice development. Knowing that CDL is the developer gave me even more confidence in this decision.
I looked at the different things offered, and I was happy to see that there is a guard house right at the entrance. Crime is rarely a problem, and domestic situations are rare too, but it is still a comfort to know that there is an extra layer of security here. The arrival plaza is extremely luxurious looking, and there is a place to drive into the underground parking structure. I like that everything is tucked away like that, and the more I looked, the more I knew that this was meant to be. I will definitely be moving in as soon as the developers give the okay.
